A 4 km walking route along the history of the blanket industry, through the centre of Leiden. Leiden is known as a cloth city. But wasn't it actually a blanket city for the past two centuries? The walk is described with lots of additional information and photos. The booklet can be purchased online, but is also available at the Kooyker and De Klerk bookshops in Leiden, at the Lakenhal, the Wevershuisje and the VVV of Leiden. De Klerk also sells the booklet in the branches of Leiderdorp, Oegstgeest and Wassenaar. If you order online, the shipping costs are 3.50 euros.
